Any suggestions?
I do have the biggest loser cardio work out. it kicks my ass a lot. I was wondering what are some really, really good ones that are for beginners and then later becomes advanced or just "tougher". I'm pretty out of shape so I don't want to push myself too hard. WHen I did the Biggest Loser..my whole body was sore for two weeks. Haha but i still did it. And also, has anyone gotten any results with that dvd?
