Feel weird after starting to drink WHEY

Hi, I'm 33 years old, weight: 253 lbs Height: 5" 9". Looking to loose weight, Started drinking Whey Protein Gold Standard Isolate (1 scoop, twice a day at 11:00am and 19:00 pm meals and excercise in between) Low carb diet (6 meals a day, counting those shakes) and after just 1 week i feel really lethargic and sluggish, sleepy, during the day (except when i do workouts) . Sometimes also a little bloated. Heart rate and blood preassure are normal. What could this possibly be? thanks!
 
How much you sleep, what is the duration of your training. Perhaps you do not have time to recover. It can also be a reaction to the nervous system to a change of lifestyle and active training
