fat track II

I just got this 'Fat Track II' digital body fat caliper so that I could measure my body fat percentage at home.

It's seems like a pretty cool little gizmo, but I'm not really sure how to do fold the skin when I take the measurements. I followed all the instructions, but I'm still getting pretty inconsistent percentages.

Does anyone have one of these? Any advice on getting accurate results?

For accurate results to the body fat test in the morning after using the bathroom. when you pinch the skin you should get as much as you can without that "ouch" feeling.

It just seems like if I do it ten times in a row I get ten different readings. I can't seem to pinch the same amount of skin in the same place each time. Especially tricky is the abdominal measurement. How far away from the belly button should it be?
