I recently had to make urgent changes to my travel plans with JetBlue and Copa Airlines and realized how tough it is to get a real person on the phone these days. The hold times were brutal, and the automated menus didn’t really help when I needed to change my flight and ask about upgrade options.
Has anyone here figured out a reliable method to change and upgrade JetBlue Airlines flight without spending 30+ minutes waiting?
I tried calling at different hours and noticed early mornings (before 8 AM) and late evenings worked better for quicker response. Also, saying “agent” or pressing “0” a few times helped me bypass the automated system faster.
For Copa, I needed to adjust my connection and explore business class upgrades. It wasn’t easy at first, but if anyone here knows how to change and upgrade my Copa Airlines flight more efficiently, I’d love to hear your tips.
Would appreciate your input on what’s worked best—whether through calling, using the apps, or messaging support.
