Commentaries On Progressive Physical Exercise
December 19, 2014
Honolulu, Hawai’i

Which came first?
The chicken or the egg?
To me, it was the one which has the most significant meaning to you and not the intellectual-dictation from society’s popular belief to it.
We can challenge theories by right-questioning?

NOT TO DEFY THEORIES BUT RE-DEFINE THEM IN EXERCISE

With all of the scientific research, medical studies and gathered psychological learning from opinionated intellectual-knowledge in reference to human-function associated with physical exercise there is one healthy thing in which all of this fails to do?
It does not give the actual meaning not about but of the exerciser’s health-in-exercise.

If all the theories on exercise were absolute-truth there would surely be no high-rate reported
incidents of unhealthy-lives and mounting cost in medical payments being put into community health-care facilities.

If there is validity to these theories, why is there still much time and money being put into more research and studies for better physical-health and proper exercise performance?
How Much information is needed to be healthy and physically-fit?

Maybe it isn’t that we need more information but better ways of communication.
It is easy to get the information out but its tough getting it through!
The reality of this is that we don’t need more information but stronger straightforward hands-on
Communicators.

What is happening is that the exerciser’s psychological (thinking-mind) is becoming educated faster than our physiological (functioning-body). The human-mind is well informed but the human-body is not getting any smarter.
From this human-behavior exercise is now a “psychological-misunderstanding” and
a physiological-malfunction. It is recognized as “mind-over-matter”; it’s your mind’s thinking and it don’t matter.

TAKING THEORY INTO PRACTICE MAKES RESULTS

Theoretically, today’s knowledge about physical-exercise is based on an accumulation from logical-assumptions and speculations that changes with every generation or decade.
Theories are a strong influence that strengthens the past. Our physical-health does not live in the past. Nor does human-health survive in the future. When you think you are healthy you’re not.

The theories compiled in reference to physical-exercise are a formulation of principles that have been verified to some degree used to practice by that in which it gets a re-evaluation and modification now and then.
Theoretical information limits and can obstruct the realization to the “nature” within physical-exercise.
This “nature” is the substantial inherent-health of the “exerciser.”
The “content” in physical-exercise is the biological-health that functions the human-body.

To clearly understand this is to realize that one’s good-health with physical-exercise is not a “style” but rather a substance-of-energy. It is now that we should clearly understand the health-in-exercise is based upon the present active-life of the exerciser.
We may ask “what does this exercise/fitness routine do for me?”
When we are satisfied with the answer/reply the next question should be directed at the exerciser-you.
“So what is it that you bring into the exercise/fitness routine?” The most rightful-answer is “life.”

Exercise, any kind-of-exercise has great importance when the “exerciser” recognizes/realizes that what makes exercise significant is a “live human-body” in being fully-alive to how he or she is feeling when exercising.
NO books with knowledgeable words and philosophical-statements can authenticate what and how the exerciser should be feeling from doing exercise(s). The actual/reality of feeling(s) must be determined by a dual-action in being “bi-sensual” (not bi-sexual) and not by the theories from conclusions, opinions or celebrated popularized individuals.
Through your own “inner-voice” the words felt to be heard will be the most accurate of the indescribable sensation/stimulation from your bodily functions of health in the here-and-now.
Only specialized things are set forever. The human-mind is not specialized for a mind always move away from the past and look into a future but will only do this in the present. With this in mind let us now take this to heart so it can let-go of the past, touch the present and reach for the future in living a healthy-life and be fully alive to it.
Taking theories into an active-practice (exercise) will only produce a result: good or bad.
Talking about theories can never produce the “truth.” Once this “truth” is understood through physical-practice, why analyze it?

IS exercise the least understood physiological and psychological human function to perform right? You bet it is.
When there is no understanding, no relationship, no substance and most of all no gratitude for doing then it is mal-functional and dysfunctional.
Proper exercise(s) is based on the process-to-function right with all that is involved inside body-human that which is living-giving life. The more an individual can understand the way their body functions, the more they are motivated to take care of themselves by right thinking.
Exercise is a blend of human-biological-substance, function, time and self-expression that are linked/related together.

WE CAN MIMIC THE MOVEMENTS TO EXERCISE BUT WE CANNOT COPY THE MOTIONS FOR HEALTH
While others are concerned with changing the environment (fitness-exercise) to suit society, the sensible one is concerned with educating him/her to suit the atmosphere/nature (healthy living).
So who determines what suits us in exercise? You do. It is within our human-nature not the outer environment.
For many who exercise are drawn from the celebrated and popularity of fitness-programs. We get caught-up into the social-pattern to “fit-in” the fitness environment and tend to forget our living/functional health priorities.
An exercise routine should be created to conform into a system that will suit the person rather than modifying a person to suit a particular style.
Human-health is someone not something that is originated. This cannot not be imitated.
Health is organic deep within the “soil” of the biological-human-body.

HUMAN-HEALTH
“To become good at something begins by being good as someone.
The quality of who we are that takes us to become what we need to be.”
For it is not something but someone that is the opposition to gaining better health and attaining ideal fitness. ...And whosoever stands in the way of the path, the path to go upon and journey through, that someone, is you.” mikey q. 2020 honolulu, oahu, hawaii

“There is a mental course of action, and the physical process of function which is looked at as a psychological and biological truth to what might be before, during and after exercising.
The exerciser’s state-of-mind, present physical condition and end-result to achieving good-health and ideal fitness can be determined by how he or she “approaches” the exercise and appreciate it by how they are exercising. ”
mikey q. 2018 honolulu, oahu, hawai’i

THE BODY
“Look at the source when you are exercising, which is, Your Body.
This can be very difficult for those who do exercise because one needs to remember first what they are using when exercising.
When we exercise we shouldn’t be thinking, “I’m working on my body.” It must be understood that “I am working with my body.”
mikey q. 2020 honolulu, oahu, hawaii

“It will take awareness ,rhythm, balance, patience and emotional management that are needed when exercising. This will make “the exerciser” create a clear mindset, having the attention on the feel of exercising rather than the outcome. Mindfulness from and through Healthiness.

There are things you can do to get the most out of your time exercising. Wearing proper gym wear, hydration, warming up, and awareness to good physical form are all important for your exercise(s). Another essential component of exercising is how you breathe. Why?
Your breathing technique is probably the “healthiest movement” of your exercising,
Moreover, paying attention to your breathing can make your exercising less harder than it needs to be.
No matter what method of exercising you choose to do. This can be Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Stretching, Lifting Weights, Body Weight, etc.

Benefits Of Proper Breathing
“TO BREATHE OR NOT TO BREATHE? This is Not A Question, but A Reminder.” mikey q.

There are many physical benefits to proper breathing, including improved cardiovascular health, increased lung capacity, and decreased stress levels.
Breathing helps to strengthen your heart muscles and gradually increases endurance. Right breathing also helps to improve your lung function. As you are exercising, you take in more oxygen which helps to strengthen your lungs and respiratory system. Also, breathing can help to clear out any mucus or debris that may be trapped in your lungs. But you have to be breathing correctly to achieve these benefits.
In addition to the physical benefits there are also mental health benefits which can help to improve your memory and cognitive function, improve your mood and lessens bouts of depression. Furthermore, exercising with right breathing can release endorphins which have effects improving your mood and lessen anxiety.
Overall, practicing breathing management can be a great way to prevent stress factors because it helps to ease and clear your mind, and gives you the time to pay attention to your breathing and your brain and body’s well-being.
BREATHE, and think deeply about this before and during your time of exercising.

“The mind and body are not a connection. It is a living-giving-relationship.that the self and breathing brings together.” mikey q. 2013 honolulu, oahu, hawai’i

"Mindful (Mental) Cognition – Still and quiet, an “intelligent mind” will not divide but allow the feeling of actual health to stimulate its meaning to the exerciser. When, not if, one has that feeling of health, actual health, then one has the mindfulness in being, not becoming.
This is wholeness in action.
...And everything in one’s entire body can do, and will have done the work (exercise) it feels it must do."

EXERCISING and Stress
Our mental stress is stored in the body and expressed physically through the body.
Our facial expression, our physical posture, our breathing pattern, our body language and finally our words that are spoken.
This is why exercising is necessary and to some point vital to our mental health. Movement, the right actions creates a path, direction,an outlet.” mikey q. 2019 honolulu, oahu, hawaii

There Is No Single Workout That’s Most Effective For Relieving Stress?
There Are Multiple Exercises That Are Helpful and Useful For “Managing” Stress.

BREATHING
“Look at the source when you are exercising, which is, Your Breathing.

To look, is to feel, so that you remember the source, then resources.”
“TO BREATHE OR NOT TO BREATHE? This is Not A Question but A Reminder.”

“Within the greatest and most powerful sound of life – “silence”- our bodily senses will discover its sound-state of living-giving-health. So breathe,Listen, Breathe.
…And what sounds good must feel right.”

Health. It is not what is health but who is health(y)?
“We know about fitness but don’t understand health; not the definition but the actuality of being healthy. What does being healthy feel like?”

“IS Health, human-health real or something fixed, static, an idea or is health living, vital, moving without any path or direction to it when exercising and existing?”

THE OFFERING OF MY QUOTES, PROSES and ASSERTIONS (1978 - 2021)
“The short statements and writings come by time, energy, effort, questioning and practice that helped me in discovering an understanding that movement/actions dictate Truth and untruthfulness what “the exerciser” is exercising with, from and through.” mikey q. 2021

“Suffering? It has been From Teaching People I Gain Confidence and Grow Humility. I am fortunate.
Good Health To You! ALOHA!!!”

“Today, we should all start deeply thinking about exercising from within; inside the body-brain-heart and emotions.
Remove the external and see to feel the internal process and functions of your bodily movement/action when exercising. This is Not an easy task in the beginning but will inevitably be your greatest achievement of exercising.
Only you can do this. Only you can feel this. Only you will be gratified from this.
This, I assure you.
Understand and learn your body and you serve each other in making your well-being when exercising its top priority.” mikey q. 2017

Your overblown ego is not helping most members of the forum who are looking for straight forward practical advice rather than a cryptic word salad with no real meaning other than to stoke your own ego. It is others that are suffering your words, your lack of humility is preventing you from realising this.

:iagree: with Tru. This is not a soapbox. Most people would find your posts confusing & not helpful at all.

Thank you for your replies. The post are not meant for everyone, but for anyone that can sense the nature of its purpose and meaningfulness.

"Ego", Ego is like cancer. I don't have Cancer. Good Health To You & Aloha

“The clarity of one’s perception ( the ability to become aware of something through the senses) is the “flowering” of your own philosophy ( the fundamental nature of truth and the existence through it) expressed in being true to who you are and what you are doing in the moment. In this case “when exercising.”
mikey q. 2001 honolulu, oahu, hawai’i

"Ego", Ego is like cancer. I don't have Cancer. Good Health To You & Aloha
That's nice you don't have cancer, but you most certainly do have an Ego, one which is seriously inflated if you believe you are actually helping anybody.
