for gaining weight i've tried Ensure pluse and and i really gained some weight . it's Good and cheap Formula for gaining weight .

you do realize Ensure is a sugar loaded drink for elderly people who tend to have problems eating enough/getting nutrition?

Its not cheap either...especially when its more sugar than protein.
