Ok so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what a girl could do??
I have a desk job where I am required to stay at my desk almost 10 hours a day and I mean afew runs to the bathroom is almost too much time away from my desk before the works starts piling up. So to make a long story short does anyone have any ideas on what I could do at my desk to add some exercise/movement at the rate im at now seems almost impossible to lose weight. please help thanks!!!!!
