lol. I haven't done her Core Complete workout in probably over a year (is it any wonder I have been gaining my lost weight back??) and I decided today that it was time to get back to it.

How on earth did I EVER do this? I couldn't balance on the ball with my feet, it kept flying across the room, my body was literally SHAKING as I was doing my crunches, I couldn't get coordinated, my muscles were burning. ACK.

And all the while, there's Miss Austin, smiling like she's having the time of her life. :hurray:

GOD. Is exercise really THAT important??

I guess she is having the time of her life. She's doing something constuctive and healthy and trying to help others.

Yes exercise is important. If you don't exercise you will have many, many problems physically and it also affects your emotional and mental well being. Maybe not now, but most certainly later.
 
lol..I guess you missed the "tone" of my post. I know exercise is important. I used to exercise daily at the gym and have met my goal weight many times because of it. And it is when I stop that I start gaining back.

Exercise has been very beneficial for me in terms of mental health, sleeping better, my heart health, and my cholesterol. :)

I just don't WANNA.

And don't get me wrong. If I didn't have Denise Austin cheering me on so enthusiastically, I probably wouldn't even bother sticking the DVD in the player. But just once, it would be nice to hear her say "Yeah, this sucks! Do it anyway!" instead of gushing about how GOOD it feels and how GOOD it is for you. LOL.

The internet lol. You can often misread things. I was wondering what the point of your post was, but now I got it. Sorry.

Just keep looking at motivational pics of yourself. Change your routine a bit. Or exercise with a friend. Good luck
