Hi everybody,
I'm just looking for some advice really. I'm an 86kg female, the last time I had my bodyfat messured it was 33%... very little from my bis/tris and back, and probably about 32% from my belly.
Recently I was training for a 10k run, but now that's over I've been focusing on doing weights.
When I stood on the scales I'd put on a pound this morning, I'd expect that really, with putting on muscle. However, I don't want to kid myself in thinking I've "put on muscle" and that's why my weights gone up, not that I haven't cut an fat.
Does anyone know what's a good way to tell?
Cheers.
