crunches in the shower?

Lol this may seem weird.. but before i go to bed, when I'm taking my shower, I do 100 crunches in the tub haha... I was wondering if anyone else was weird like me. :p
 
That seems like a difficult thing to do. Water in your face, back hurting on the hard surface, before bed.... ??? yikes!
 
LMAO Crunches in the shower? thats totally weird, but cool. Is it ONLY for the psycological factor? Or do you notice other benefits?

If it makes you feel less weird, i dance in my basement like i am the lead singer in a rock band for cardio (literally have a fake mic and everything). Its so super fun, and makes cardio so much easier.....but i always feel like a bit of a weirdo. LOL
 
:/ im training for seals.. so i just do it for the psychological factor lol

I do standing crunches sometimes...

Where I bring in my abs and butt- flex, hold, release....

And for seals- are you running super cold water on you while fully dressed and bath water up to your chin?

Might be a little more realistic =p

(My husband is in the Navy and going to be doing SWCC...I had a buddy training for SEALs and one for RECON... so I hear things haha)

I know a dude who used to do crunches in the steam room...

I thought he was pretty wierd....then my friend saw him and started doing crunches as well :rolleyes:
 
That's pretty funny I've actually tried doing that before but it was really just to painfull and I got water in my nose one time and it sucked. NEVER AGAIN!

uh, so weird that i just had to open the post to see what it said. nonetheless..you go boy! i can imagine that seals training will be much more than crunches in the shower, so you gotta start somewhere, right?

Sometimes I do squats while the conditioner in my hair is doing it's thing.

Sorry I don't understand why you would waste that much water doing all of those crunches.

I'm really sorry but that is just terrible. I take it you don't have water restrictions in your country or understand how precious water is.
 
a new one....squats while blowdrying is a good way to kill time....

Anyone else have any multi-tasking exercises that they do?
