The harsh truth.. Give it to me :p

First I am a complete newb. I get all my info from researching fitness magazines and websites. Any feedback would be great! I weigh quite a bit but used to be very sporty so have built up a fair amount of muscle. I want to lose fat and tone? Not sure if thats the correct term. Basically my over all aim is to get into body sculpting. The following is a plan I have just started.

Stats - 21y/o, F, 80kg
Diet - Tuna, Chicken and lots of veges. Water and Coke zero. Also some alcohol 2 nights a week *blush

Routine
M - Circuit involving mostly legs some abs / 1hr walk
T - Circuit involving mostly Arms with some Upper back / 1 hr walk
W - Circuit involving mostly Abs some legs / 1 hr walk
Th-45min Cardio including skipping
F- Full body / 1hr walk

Once again any help would be much appreciated :D
 
Ok 1st your nutrition part. Break down a whole day of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) and list it. How many calories do you end up eating?

Routine.. the weight training looks fine. The cardio could use some work though. how are you walking? is it the same steady state cardio? If so, you may run into some stalling problems down the road.

if you can be more specific on the nutrition and cardio parts we can help you more.
 
I agree with knowing more detail about your diet including caloric stats.

As for your routine, it doesn't look good to me.

In general here is what I see you need...

Order/planning.

This all seems a little this, a little that. Trust me that can get you know where fast.

So give us more detail on your diet and routine, if you can't give precise specs then that is the first place you have to fix. :)
