So I've been the site for a little while now and have been trying to get help and be help. So I've been looking at the diaries trying to figure out what they're all about and what's the point of them(because my meals I document on fitday and my excersize on fitlinxx)...so today I figured why not just make one for my own point. I want to kind of see when I lose weight and have documentation of it. So here goes...

Goal Weight: 140 lbs
Original Weight: 240 lbs
Last Monday: 232 lbs
Today: 229 lbs

Weight loss this week: 3 lbs
Total weight loss: 11 lbs

I exceeded my weight goal of getting down to 230 lbs by my birthday (Feb 27) by one pound so far...maybe more by the actual day!

I, too, started my online diary so that I would have a record of my exercise and food intake in one place. This diary has turned out to be sooo much more! The community here is awesome! I feel that I've sticked to my plans so much more because of the support on this site!

I think you lost a of hunk of potato, three pieces of pasta and a few pieces of carrot outa that chunk soup of yours girl

I want to put all of my sites into one...I want to log my exercise (weight training and cardio), weight-loss, what I'm eating, ext. Can anyone think of a way I can do that all in an organized fashion? Like how should I type that all on one page?
 
I'm not sure on the other sites if it was organized for you or not, but i try to keep it all up to date on my own using this format:

breakfast:
snack:
lunch:
snack:
dinner:

total calories:
total water:

exercise for the day:

that way i can look back and see exactly what i have eaten, and what i have done for each day i post... it has been very helpful.... if you are looking for something to calculate calories for you or anything like that however, this won't be very helpful... i have to go and figure out calories myself then post. I also usually don't keep track of the calories expended in exercise.

on the days that I weigh myself, i add that on the top... but you could do it however it pleases you!
 
I had to share my awesome cardio workout I had today!

I did the interval course for 35 minutes on the elliptical then "ran" on the cross trainer for half a mile. THEN I played raquetball CRAZY style! We went in and ran around the court three times. Then played singles for 45 minutes. Every time the ball had to be served we ran three more times around the court (suprisingly we only had to run twice...which is exciting because we used to suck at playing). Then we ran three more times around and then walked two.

So overall...

45min-racquetball
12 laps running
2 laps walking

I was so excited at what we accomplished today!
 
I was going to just use this for a weight tracker and last week gained a pound and didn't want to post it. I'm thinking of starting using this more...because sometimes fitday doesn't have a food on there and I don't have any facts for it so you guys can help me.

Thanks for all the happy birthdays! I didn't even look on here until today...so thanks! I'm no longer a teenager :(

Thanks for all of your support when I was getting frustrated last week...it really helped!

I weighed in this week (after what I called a not-so-good week, some bad food and missing gym monday and tuesday) and I lost 2.5lbs! Wow I sure wasn't expecting that! Like you guys told me my body had to catch up.
