Hi, I am trying to re-vamp my exercise plan. My friend's son does a lot of weight training and recommended this book Body for Life, 12 weeks to mental and physical strength, by Bill Philips and Michael D'orso. I have ordered a copy from Amazon. Does anyone else know this book? What do you think of it.? From what I have seen I think that the diet may be a little extreme, but what are your opinions of the exercises? I would be doing the free weight exercises, and combining that with swimming and cycling 3-4 times a week.Happy 4th of July to you all in the USA
