Grrr...that irritates me. She should make up her own damn name instead of copying mine. It's too confusing. People might mistake her for me. :boxing:

I'm in a somewhat foul mood. First of all, I spent about 2hrs this afternoon trying to print address labels. I was ready to take a sledghammer to my computer--actually the office computer. I never had trouble printing labels with XP, but Vista makes me want to :banghead: I finally got it figured out, and all is well. My just listed/openhouse postcards are soo cool.

Another reason I'm irritable is because of the weather forecast:
Tonight: Some snow showers around this evening. Then a wintry mix expected overnight. Low 29F. Winds NE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precip 90%. 4 to 6 inches of snow expected.
Tomorrow: Periods of snow and windy. High around 30F. Winds NE at 20 to 30 mph. Chance of snow 80%. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected.

7-11inches of snow and ice in the next 24hrs. How lovely. And it's supposed to be windy, so I am afraid the power will go out. I've got laundry going as I typed just in case. :cuss: I'm supposed to be at the office at 9am tomorrow. Well, if it's really bad, I'm stayin' home. :D

I wanted to drop by and just say thanx for helping me along the way.The challenege really got me refocused and remotivated and moving more again...Im happy Ive made it as far as I have adn you ahve done a great job with it...Thanx for doing it and thanx for giving me the motivation through the challenge with the ongoing exercise and bonuses:)

I'm glad the challenge has helped you. I can't believe how many people seem to really find a lot of motivation from them. I'm happy to be of help. My own weight loss has been slow the last few months, so I guess it makes me happy to know that at least I'm helping others lose weight, even if my own sucks...lmao. :cheers2: Thanks again, Cerella! :)
 
The newbie probably doesn't know there's another member called bikinibound. Perhaps you could welcome her, but kindly ask her to change her name as you are a very active member. I dont think you're being petty at all. In any event, ya know most newbies never hang around very long anyway.

I've been so bogged with all of these damn MLS sheets over here. Oh, we had an appointment with a real estate agent the other day and she was higher than a motherfacker. Needless to say, I dumped her for fear she might use the paper my offer's on to roll a joint. HA! Love you.

It is really snowing out there atm. Just for those of you who don't get snow in your neck of the woods, here's a little taste of what the rest of us have to deal with. For a more realistic effect, go stand in a freezer while viewing these. :D Oh, and there's one of my cat just b/c I think he's so damn cute. :iagree:

Girl--Let me find a good realtor for you. I'll even see if she'll/he'll reimburse you an inspection fee or something at close instead of paying me a referral fee. I have a ghetto booty! when I showed it to the trainer at the YMCA, he said, "Oh my! you usually only see butts like that on black women!" (he was black)

and I usually wear long shirts...
 
Here are a few pics of my listing, so you can see what you can get for $250-$300K around here. The kitchen has granite countertops--it's a really nice kitchen imo. I've also included a shot of what the property looks like when it isn't buried in snow...lmao.
