Hi everyone! My fitness routine includes cardio (mostly running) and body weight exercises 3-4 times weekly.
I have decent running shoes but I feel they are not suitable for squats, lunges or other similar exercise. A friend of mine recommend these ones by Reebok Reebok Nano 8.0 DV5334, has anyone tried them? I think I need a pair that provides support and a good cushioning.
