Hey,
HIIT looks like a really good excercise to me,
I could not goto gym because I was out of the city for internships and during that time, It wasreally tiring, from morning 8 till evening 8, was dead tired to do anything after that, anyway, I call my HIIT, Static HIIT, because I do it in my room, techically it seems to be correct but it is not wearing me out like it used to long ago.
My work out:
~ 1 min streches
~ 4-5 mins cardio, jumps, etc
~ 1 min static running, you know where you stay at one location but act like you're running, I dont know how to explain it, but I hope you guys get the idea
~10-15 seconds of intense same static running but superfast, as fast my legs and arms can move
~1-1:15mins cool down, static running, bit of walk around the room
~ Again, super-fast static running.
When I first started, I experimented this few months ago, I was quite inactive physically that time, I felt bit of pain in my chest and almost vommited after doing just 1 or 2 sets...
then in between, I started playing squash..I played for about 2-3 weeks and used to do cardio etc...
anyway I have re-started and I can do 4 sets, I do feel dead tired and just fall on my sofa but I dont feel "AS" exhausted as I used to or close to vomitting, infact after cool down, I feel all energetic and hyper...
Am I not pushing myself too hard or is it fine as my body gets physically more fit
TY
