Hi
I am 5'3, female age 31. I have lost 25lb since january through exercise and calorie counting. Current weight 122lb.
I do some form of exercise everyday (at least 6 days a week), either gym (cardio & weights), or run (with a local running team). On top i cycle with my daughter and walk.
For the past 6 weeks my weight has fluctuated up and down by 3lb, as i am still in a calorific deficit I am becoming frustrated. I am not measuring any different around waist etc, although clothes are very loose.
I very much would like to hit target ideally before my wedding in october, but as the scales are not moving at all this does not seem likely. I have tried uping to maintanance, then going down again, I also changed my routine which I thought broke the platuea but it went down for 2 days and back up again!!!
I am in this for life not just my wedding dont get me wrong but very frustrated that i can not shift this final amount.
Any advice would be really appreciated, I have read quite a few threads, but still confused.
I am currently consuming around 1400 - 1600kcal per day
