Advice On Obtaining A Flat Belly

In the morning, its almost not there at all, but when i eat lots it getts worse, i think i "suck it inn" without thinking about it because its only when i think about it and let go that its bulges out.

yeah, if you are gonna cut and run, you should weight lift so you don't looose too much muscle and you try to maintain it but remember you dont weight lift, you do pushups and that is not gonna maintain anything!!!!! ;) :p

Well, I can only speak on what's happening to my body. I have always been very slim and I've never had a chest. I only do pushups about 2 times a week and afterward I drink an ensure drink that has 26% protein. My chest builds everytime I do the pushups. All I want to do is lose the small belly I have to reveal the 6 pack I once had. I just want to know how to lose that and maintain the rest of my body the way it is for now and eventually fill out overall and not gain a belly.
 
Okay, I have a few more questions. I just want to lose the belly, but I want the rest of my body to increase. I bought some weight gainer mix. What do you all suggest I should eat or what information can you refer to me. I just want to be healthier and gain about 20/25 pounds while maintaining a flat stomach and a toned body.

What do you mean by "cut"? Should I be doing sit up/crunches?
