Ab Workout Schedule

So I am trying to build a six pack and I am on a diet. I need help getting a good ab work out schedule like what I should do and stuff. If you could help me out that would be great!

I cant post on the other thread its locked. A question though, the thread says to not overtrain your abs? I do split workouts so I do every day workouts and then right after that i do abs so I am doin my workouts 5 days a week and then 5 ab workouts on top of them. And I do 3 different exercises I do the bridge on a ball where my elbows are on them, then I get on a decline and sit up with a ball and do 50 side to side counting 1 to the right 1 to the left i get off them and do 30 crunches with a ball on a plyo ball I do 3 sets of that, then I lay on the ground with a plyo between my legs and a ball in my hands and they meet at the top i do 15 reps 3 sets and in between those sets i do this thing where I sit up and side to side i try to touch my ankles. Sorry for the bad wording I dont know my exercises. But would this be over training? and if so then if i cut down would it be more effective?

abs are just like any other muscle, train them like you would train any other muscle group. As in resitance training 3 times a week with adequete rest.

I hope you understand that no ab routine is going to assist you unless the diet is in sinc with what you desire.

Diet and torso genetics above all else brings the torso abs.

What have you determined your caloric requirements to be per day?
What is your body composition currently like?

I will assist you in developing........for yourself.....a ab routine......and FBW, after I ensure you have needs in the calorie deparment configured, and understand what you need to do in this area---FIRST.

I wish you the sincere best in all that you do,

Chillen
