Where to start. I'm 16 and a recovering anorexic (I was in the hospital for 72 days and gained about 30-40 lbs in there). But now I'm a little below 105lbs and about 5'5 and looking to start exercising. What I really need is a way to keep myself motivated because that seems to be my biggest problem-- I never feel like exercising. Any advice on what might help?
