3 Months Progress. Before = Pathetic / After = Energetic !

Ahh... Ninty days has passed since i said to myself , "Come on , you must do it . Whatever it takes you must do it ". And i did exactly this . I stopped eating junky foods and cleaned my diet from one day to another . Like a smoker that doctor says to him if he doesnt stop smoking in the next 10 days he will die (ok ok my example might sound a little bit excessive but you get my point :) ). My parents and my two brothers couldnt believe it ... but as the time went by the akcwoledge me.
My friends said ":confused::eek::sad2: ". They told me that i changed so quickly in those 3 months and started to worrying if i take drugs ! lol. "What the *beeeeeep* are you taking and having those results :O " they said.

Ok enough with the speech . This is day 87 and im 20lbs lighter!!!


Ok thats my pics... Ill post another set in 3 months . At that time ill eventually be very lean . Any tips or advices you can tell me ? : D

ps. Everyone can lose weight and hit their goals ... All it needs is WILL. This forum has "WILL".I thank all members who post here and help others ...

Nice work! You really look a lot different now.

How does your stomach look? is there any flab left, or is it pretty much flat? If I were you, I'd probably start thinking about adding some muscle, but then I don't know what your long term goal is.

Ok my stomach is still fat , and my chest too... But its because of the BF.I have a lot to lose ... Ive lost 20lbs and i think i maintain my muscle (maybe i lost some from legs) . Ill lose another 10lbs and see what happens . I stuck at 178 lbs right now but eventually ill get over it . Dedication is the key.
My long term goal is to see my abs and have definition on my muscles.

So :

Phase one = Lose all the unnecessary BF and maintain my muscle
Phase two = Muscle Build

Im currently on 1/3 of my goal . 2/3 When i lose another 15lbs . 3/3 Ripped (Over a year)

When i started i said ill not lose any muscle i had . Loosing muscle is unacceptable and not healthy. So i splited up my Gym days to Cardio and Weight Training .

It looks like this :

Day 1 : As soon as i wake up ---> Ab exercises
Cardio for 30 mins ... mid to high intensive Interval
Moderate Weight Training for legs .

Day 2 : As soon as i wake up ---> Pushup exercises
Hard Weight training for upper body

Day 3 : Same As Day 1 .

Day 4 : Rest

Day 5 : Same as Day 2 .

Day 6 : Rest or Same as Day 1.

Day 7 : Rest

It works so ill keep for another Month and then ill change it .

what does "hard weight training for upper body" consist of?

It consist 5 exercises .

1) For Chest : Barbell Bench Press

1x12
Rest 1 min
1x10 + some weight
Rest 1 min
1x8 + some weight
Rest 1 min
1x12 Same weight as in 1x10 set
Rest 1 min
1x12 Same weight as in 1x10 set

2)For Back : Lat Pull-Downs
Reps and Sets are the same always (like Barbell Bench Press)

3)Shoulders : Dumbbell Arnold Press Or Dumbbell Front Raise

4)Biceps : Either Concetration or Hummer Curls or Any other exercise for Bi.

5)Triceps : Each Week Different Exercise .

What i mean by hard weight training is that i do so many Sets and Reps in each exercise that the last Set is so so hard to do and i push my self too much to finish it . So, hard = intensive that is what i mean .

Do you think that is better to stop cutting and start building up my muscle ... ?? I think that loosing another 7lbs and then start building my muscle is ideal . Any opinions ? :D

Definitely the build should be your focus. You look good and the muscle would burn up any remaining fat. Train legs hard so you max out the fat burn and eat clean. Good luck!

Now im 81kg ... for the last 3 weeks im 81kg (Plateau), but i ll never give up till i hit my goal ! VISIBLE ABS ! Thats what you have to say ... never stop . Ill do it . Ill definetely do it . Whatever it takes .

So what were you doing ? ! Following one of those low calorie diets ? ! Tell us so we can help you ...

Ahh fellow brown man! Lookin' good bro. But this ain't the end, just the beginning... where do you want to go from here?

Let's hear future goals... I say in the next 90 days you should aim for a 6 pack.
