Hey whats up guys, just recently started going to the gym (9 months now), when i got in i was 22years old, 173 cm tall and 86kg, sporting a 27% body fat (which has actually pretty good compared to when i was younger). Now i am 23 years old, same height and 80kg with aprox 20% body fat, the progress itself hasn't been bad but could be better. I have been focusing as of now (3 weeks ago) on a upper/lower split geared towards getting a good basis of strenght in order to perform harder exercises in the future.
As for loads per example i am doing:
Bench Press : 70 kg (PR of 80kg) | 5 reps
Military Press : 30 kg | 10 reps
Dumbbell Walking Lunge : Dumbbells of 12 kg | 10 reps (10 steps each leg)
Reverse Lat Pulldown : 60kg | 12 reps
Here is actually a video of me doing these exercises :
Cheers guys and awesome workouts.

The biggest fundamental problem I see with all of your exercises is lack of core stability and core activation during each exercise your choosing to do. There is a fair number of other problems but this is the big one.

The biggest issue I see is that most of your workouts lack strong core stability or core activation when you perform them. This is by far the most significant of the numerous issues that arise.
