Lost 8.3 kg in the first quarter. My goal was to weigh 74.9 kg but Im actually a kg below that. Im pretty happy with myself. It all comes down to consistency I think.

Okay, I did not meet my set goal, I really F$%^-up in February, but I think I finished off good, missed by 5.2 lbs, but hey, at least I'm not giving up. Caught myself up in March, will do better in April.

ps. is anyone setting up a challenge to run thru April until the end of June?

GW 150 lbs Total 14 lbs lost. I didn't meet my goal. It seems my average weight loss is 4-5 lbs per month. At this rate I should reach my final goal in 4-5 months.
