15 years old need advice

hey im 15 y/o and in the middle of high school. I'm 5"8 , 130 lbs and 4.1% body fat. I'm looking to get fit and leaner generally and I need advice on a good meal plan and workout. the only equipment i have is up to 40 lbs dumbells, but there's a gym near me i can go to. any help?
 
Can do lots of exercise with no equipment, running etc also some good aerobic work outs on youtube for you to follow, as for eating is important you have a good selection, don`t diet to much at your age, make sure your eating enough protein and vitamins.
 
First, of all, you have to avoid all junk foods which makes you fatty. Start work out in a gym because by seeing others you will get motivated. Diet also matter for the body (40% gym+ 60% diet) so prepare a diet on daily basis and stick to it for 3-4 months at least and if you don't have a control on junk foods like pizza, a burger so you can have it once in a week is ok for our body.
