Everything you hate, you have to do (and learn to love ideally) and everything you love (namely to eat) you have to reduce and learn to hate. It's gonna suck, just so you know.
You're going to have to start working out to get where you want to go. Depending on what you have access to depends on what you can do. It will be best to do both anaerobic exercise and aerobic exercise. I'll explain both.
Aerobic - most eveyone has heard of this. Cardio is another popular name. Long story short, this is exercise where you will burn a lot of fat. Running, biking, playing sports, walking, and similar activities fall into this category. You need to start slowly, then work your way up towards more vigorous. Walking is a great start. Start short, then work your way up. Once you reach good distances (meaning miles) bump up to a slow jog, and increase intensity. Another way would be to bike, following a similar regiment. Regardless of what you do, start easy and work towards more difficult.
Anaerobic exercise is weight training. This is important too, and lean muscle is a natural enemy of fat. The more muscle you build, the more fat you burn, even during inactivity. This is where cost can come in, as gym memberships aren't cheap, unless your school has weights available. However, this puts you in a position you prefer to avoid for now. So, situps, pushups, and having a creative mind will work fine.
Situps and pushups are self explanitory. The open mind comes in finding other ways to do weight training with items around your house. Do curls with a paint can. Rig a couple pullies in the garage (with permission, of course) and make your own "gym" using rope and whatever heavy items you can find to tie the rope to, to act as weights. A five gallon bucket can hold quite a few rocks, or quite a bit of sand, dirt, water, or whatever.
Finally, you have to watch wat you eat. Calories are either protien, fats, or carbohydrates. Of course there are countless diets promoting (or demoting) one of these. Bottom line is you have to eat few calories than you burn in a day to lose weight. Find what works for you, and stick to it!
Good luck! We're here to help along the way!
