14 year old who's new

Hello, I am a 14 year old kid who wants to start getting into weight training. I would also like to get my legs stronger. First of all, I am a 5'2" 95 pound kid. I am lean and kinda strong but I want to get bigger and stronger. I play baseball for a travel team so we play a lot and I would like to not hurt myself. I have a elliptical and a weight bench with a barbell and dumbbells. I have access to a gym if needed. I'm so new at this I have no clue what to do. Any tips on what to do and how many times to do it per week. I know my friends take whey protein so should I take this and if so when should I take it. Thanks :)
