Nice work, what does your routine look like?

Very nice work...

Looking at the 6 week picture i would say work on your chest a little more but that seems to have done nicely by the 10 week mark.

Honestly i don't think you need to bulk anymore... or cut very much at all... just my opinion.

What's your routine and diet been like to achieve this? How much weight did you gain?

what weight did you go from?

what does your training look like?

and your diet?

good progress btw, id keep bulking for sure and get heyooooge

How much weight have you gained?

Sick genetics, you've made more progress than most make in a year.

I went from 163 pounds in the first picture, to 192 (with a freshly shaved head) in the last picture. I'm positive a lot of that weight is just from me filling out naturally- but I'm also taking in about 5-6 k cals a day.

Weight- see above.
Training- I basically rotate between biceps/back, legs, and triceps/chest...adding/swapping exercises as I learn them. I had never worked out at all before january of this year, so I'm still learning the best way to go about things. I figure as long as this is working for me, I'll keep at it.

Diet- I eat college dining hall food pretty much for every meal. Which means I have very little control over what I eat- though I try and stick with stuff like chicken or turkey sandwiches over pizza:cool:

Note: I added one more picture to the original post.

Looks like you put on 20lbs of muscle.....

post your workout, did you squat and deadlift?

I just started squatting about two weeks ago, and I'm still trying to find someone to teach me to deadlift properly.

As far as lifts, bench went from 115 (3RM) to 195(3RM)
DB curls from 65(10Reps) to 105(10reps)
I don't really have anything else I do now that I started with, and squats obviously haven't changed much over the last couple weeks.

Hollly molllleee...Are you going for the mean look? If you keep that progress up, a solid six months of lifting and you'll be quite the intimidating site.

hate to say it but im sure his progress will slow down soon......he just caught up on genetics that he was supposed to have....thats my 2 cents anyways...
but none the less great work

5-6,000 cals. A day.

I don't care what his genetics are. 5-6 k is huuuuuuuge. He's getting more out of his gym time because he's doing what no one else does, by eating the amount he does. There are less than ten regular posters here that eat like that and they are all big and strong. So kudos to the OP, he is winrar.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am going to polish off whatever is in my fridge like right nows.

yea but thats not to say the more you eat the more muscle you gain. im sure you'v heard of "The Truth About Bulking"
