Hi everyone. I've been reading threads for a while now and finally decided to register and post myself. I'm Renee. I'm 24, 5'5 and 122 lbs.
I've lost about 10 lbs in 12 weeks by changing my diet and increasing my cardio. (by changing my diet, I quit eating fast food and such) Now I am worried about losing too much weight. I eat every couple of hours usually, I've listed an example of what I consume on any given day:
8am - oatmeal or whole grain cereal + blueberries
10:30am - light yogurt
12pm - brown rice or whole wheat pasta and chicken breast and veggies
2pm - fruit or granola bar
4:30pm - protien shake
7pm - large chicken salad and a little cottage cheese
My workout is as follows:
Day1 - full body w/o + 15 min cardio
Day2 - 60 min cardio + abs
Day3 - full body w/o + 15 min cardio
Day4 - 60 min cardio + abs
Day5 - full body w/o + 15 min cardio
Day6 - 60 min cardio + abs
Should I eat more? or reduce my cardio? Suggestions?
