Predicting your One-Rep Max

Ever wanted to know how much you can bench press without killing yourself in the process. Why is it important? Many believe this to be a true test of upper body strength ... really, it's just a way for guys to puff up their chest and pretend to be stronger than the next.

Determine Your One Rep Max: Simply enter the weight that you benched (kg or lbs, it doesn't matter) and how many times you did it (reps) and click on "calculate".
