*for extra flavor use only 3/4 cup orange juice and add 1/4 cup of Grand Marnier right after the sauce is finished cooking
Steps
1In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice.
2Stir in the cranberries and cook about 10 minutes, until the cranberries start to pop. (if you prefer the sauce thicker, cook a little bit longer and mash the sauce a little bit)
3Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Place in fridge to cool (cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools).
