Fruit and Spinach Smoothie

A delicious way to get the kids (or spouse) to eat their greens. This is a fun recipe to experiment with; try adding different fruits for different flavors, or freezing the fruits and veggies beforehand.

Preparation Time 10 min | Cooking Time 10 min | 2 servings

Ingredients


1 banana, cut in chunks
1 cup grapes
1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla yogurt
1/2 apple, cored and chopped
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves


Steps

  1. Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender. Cover, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
