This is a great twist on your regular protein shake - add pumpkin to spice up your holiday spirit!

Ingredients

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
  • 2 packets Splenda
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Steps

  • 1 Add all ice cubes, and the remaining ingredients into blender.
  • 2 Blend until smooth.
  • 3 Pour into a glass and serve!
