Great to be served with pita chips!Very low in calories and fat.
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) package frozen black-eyed peas
1/2 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro or parsley
3 Tbl cider vinegar
3 Tbl fat-free Italian dressing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Steps
1Cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Combine peas with remaining ingredients. Cover; chill at least 8 hours. Serve with pita chips
