Enjoy your potatoes without the fat!These tender potatoes goes perfectly with everything from beef tenderloin to hot dogs.

Ingredients

  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps

  • 1 Cut potatoes lengthwise into thin 1/4-in. strips. Pat dry with paper towels. In a bowl, combine the egg whites, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Add the potatoes; toss to coat.
  • 2 Place in a single layer in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning several times.
