Mango, rum, lime and pineapple— feel the paradise islands with this healthy dessert.

Ingredients


1 small mango, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
Sugar to taste
Fresh pineapple spears or chunks

Steps

  1. Puree the mango with the rum, lime juice and lime zest in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add sugar to taste.
  3. Serve over pineapple, and enjoy!
