I can't take full credit for this, but this recipe cures my sweet tooth, fires up my metabolism and keeps my feeling full and not hungry until lunch
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops of chocolate low-fat, low-sugar protein powder
- ½ Cup low or no fat milk or soy milk
- ½ Cup water
- 2 Teaspoons Splenda Sweetener
- 1 Teaspoon baking cocoa
- 1 Teaspoon Freeze-Dried Coffee
Steps
- 1 In a blender add all ingredients
- 2 Start to blend:
- 3 Add ice cubes and water to create desired consistency.
- 4 Pour and enjoy!
