Craving for that sinful milkshake? This is the perfect alternative

Ingredients

  • ½ banana sliced
  • 6 oz skim milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ Crushed ice

Steps

  • 1 Put the banana in a plastic bag freeze over night.
  • 2 In the blender combine the frozen banana, crushed ice, skim milk and vanilla. Blend till smooth.
  • 3 Add 1 pack artificial sweetener for added sweetness. (optional)
  • 4 Pour in tall glass.
  • 5 Sprinkle with cinnamon.
