Title: Ways Of Gaining Weight hy, im 21 years old,only 47 kg. and 5/5.im extremely thin and skinny.ill be very grateful if you reply in detail what should be my nutrition be the whole day in order to put weight.will weight lifting help and at what part of the day should i do.iheard of some suplements as well.i am very worried .please reply me in detail and soon as possible. thank you Name: ali ahmed Date: Aug. 28th, 2001 Title: Re: Ways Of Gaining Weight you are thin and skinny but your are not fat and ugly !so you are the lucky one who is going to live to be a hundred. well if you ,ve decided to gain some weight (so that you can be more attractive to girls ) then definately weight training will add 10kg to your weight within a year and believe me ,that weight will be in pure muscles and this sure will make you feel better in general .as for the prober food drink lots of milk especially with meals .
