Title: Please Answer..what Do I Do??? i have been excerising for a while know and u'd think i know this already... ive fimed up alot and have the lost weight but i have about 5lb's more of excess fat i would like to loose.. my question is do i go on a no carbs diet??? and is there fat you cant loose(love handels). im having alot of prob with thats my stomachs flat from excerising but cant seem to loose that excess fat...... any opinnions would be helpfull thanks!!! Love handles is part of the typical estogenic fatty pattern. Sorry, but you may or may not be able to lose this fat. It sounds like you are already skinny though. The most effective means of "Weight Loss" is something you're going to stick with for the rest of your life; so it must be balanced, and something you can stick with forever.
