Title: I Would Also Like To Know About Atkins Diet I have started the Atkins Diet after thoroughly reading his book. I have been on it for four days and have already noticed on the scale. I would like to know if anyone has actual tried this and found set backs. I do realize that there are people for and against low carb dieting, that is not the information I am looking for. I would like to know if anyone has tried it or has personally known someone who has tried it which caused problems or even if it worked out good. If there are any nutritional experts online your opinion would also be great.
