Title: I Want To Be In Shape, HELP I really never worked out before and I want to get in shape. I just don't know how to get started. I need someone to tell me what to eat and how to workout. HELP Name: Madison Date: Aug. 21st, 2001 Title: Re: I Want To Be In Shape, HELP hi.... ive been working out for about ayear know i know its hard to get started... first you need to start an excersise plan.. whether or not u are at a gym or in your home u need to start out w/ at leat 30 min of aerobis 3-5 times a week/ and for toning nuscles and shaping up do it 3-5 times aweek as well depending on how much muscle your loioking for over how much fat you wanna loose.... i can tell u from experience that "the firm" aerobics with weight is agreat series of workout and give u fast results... also u need to cahnge any un halthy eatin habits... start eating smaller low fat more nutrional diets and try to balance out your carbs protiens and fats... you've probably heard out carbs... well i belive that u should never get rid of atatal food group...just balance your carbs try to get agood protion of protiens throughout the day for tissue and mucsle repair from excerising!!!! be patient with your self and give it time and soon you'll see great results Name: leah Date: Aug. 21st, 2001 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | 16 | 17 | 18 | 19 | 20 | |
