Title: Carbs No Carbs, What Do I Do??? ok first of all i started excersing about 2 months ago w/my mom.im 15 yrs old and i want to get toned and loose about 5lb or any excess fat..i way 120 and im about 5'3.my question is what do i do for diet .my mom says that a low carb diet will give your body a chance to get the fat when your carbs are few.but then other people are tellin me thAT MORE CARBS ARE better!im so confussed please reply and tell me whta works for u!!! thanx.
