Title: Split-diet?

I`ve been eating by a diet for about 2 months now, it goes something like this:

9am-
skim milk,
cereal,
2 full eggs

11am-
peanuts (about half an oz)
fruit

1 pm-
slices of bread with ham

2pm- to the gym

3pm- right after workout
blended shaken/nongym day bread

6pm-
veggies
any meat/fish
4 potatoes

8 pm-
small can of tuna

Now I was wondering if maybe it would be better to have 2 different lists like this or more and change through those through the week, cuz u should eat varied right?
Or does this diet suck anyway?

I`m 15 years old male, 6"3 180 pounds, i lift weights 3 times a week and I regularly play basketball.

What's your Goal? I ask this because if you want muscle, you need to eat quite a bit more. Even still if your Goal is Fat Loss you might want to add a few hundred more Cals to ensure minimal Muscle Loss.

As for your original question, you could make more if you wanted to. But as long as you're taking some type of Multivitamin, you don't really need to worry about eating Varied Foods that much. I would suggest taking one day off a week, though, where you eat whatever. Sticking solid to a Diet for extended periods can be quite hard mentally.

Also, you should add in a small amount of Low GI Carbs, such as Whole Wheat Bread, before you go to bed. Your body still needs enery during sleep.
