Title: Anyone On Or Heard Of The 'Body For Life' Program????

I'm thinking about doing this program. The results are amazing! But I don't know how to get started so if anyone knows anything about this please let me know. Thanks a ton!

Just follow what the book says word for word and you'll do great. I completed the 12 week program twice, and saw great results. Just remember that the supplements mentioned in the book such as Myoplex, are not necessary to achieve considerable results, although they always help.

Another thing, it says in the book "As little as 12 months"... depending on genetics, it can take longer, or even shorter, to achieve the results shown in the book. Just thought I'd mention it... but don't let it discourage you or anything. I don't mean MUCH longer... just a few weeks.

    Good luck

There's nothing spectacular about it. In the program, you do Cardio 3 days a week first thing in the morning. You lift weights, alternating Upper and Lower Body Workouts 3 days a week, first thing in the morning. You eat 6 meals a day, with 1 portion of Carbs and 1 portion of Protein included in each Meal, and you include Vegetables with atleast 2 Meals a day. You also take one day a week as a Free Day.

        Revolutionary? Not really.
