Title: Carbohydrates

Does anyone know how many calories you need to burn in order to burn off one carb? Is there such a calculation? I have heard that you should keep your carbs low and can eat as much fat (non-saturated) as you'd like (within moderation). Say I eat a breakfast bar with 30 carbs and 3 grams of fat. How much exercise do I have to do to burn off both the carbs and fat? Thx.
