Title: Stouffer's Lean Cuisines I'm trying to loose weight and was wondering if it would be OK to eat a lean cuisine once a day for lunch/dinner? Although the dinners are low in calories they are high in carbs and I'm not sure if I should be eating them or not. Personally I feel the studies on sodium are faulty in regards to people with non-elevated blood pressure levels and as someone without high blood pressure, sodium is not a major concern to me. Frankly, I love Stouffer's Lean Cuisines. I'd love to make fresh meals, but given just about anything that is feasible for me for lunch is high in sodium, this is the route I go. It would be wonderful if we were perfect nutrition machines. Since most/all of us aren't, go with the best habits you can.
