Title: Good Or Bad Diet? Hello. Well i have been dieting for the past month and i have lost 10 lbs.. but the problem is that im starting to feel week cuz i only eat 2 meals a day no snacks... sometimes ill be hungry but if i start to eat more i just gain it all back. This certainly does not need to be the case. You may lose weight at a slower rate, but you'll lose it at a rate that is sustainable. You want habits you can maintain for life, not for a month. Make sure you are consuming AT LEAST 1500 calories a day. I'd say have around 2000 calories a day since you still want to lose weight it appears. Also try to eat 4 times a day as this will help maintain energy levels. Eating only 2 times a day is an easy way to have energy peaks and crashes. Lifetime fitness is not a sprint. Take it slow but steady and you'll be much better off for it. Good luck!
