Title:
I Don't Cook, How Can I Still Eat Healthy?Hey guys and gals! I am a single girl that sees no need to spend hrs in the kitchen cooking for myself...all that to say, it is so hard to find any quick food that is good for me-got any suggestions? My normal day will be something like eggs in the morning, fruit for a snack, subway sandwich for lunch and fruit again for a snack and a Caeser chicken salad (not low fat dressing though)... does that sound okay-if it does sound okay, how soon can I expect results by eating this diet? Do you think I am getting too many carbs-what should I add or cut?
The reason I am asking is I am 5ft6 and weigh 170 (really though alot is muscle cause I workout every other day) but I can't seem to get down to my idea wieght being 150ish. I did just start eating better recently and working out (maybe for a month or so) but I haven't lost any wieght and to me I still look the same/my cloths still fit the same, etc- what am I doing wrong?

hi,
First of all why do u think that cooking takes like hrs, it dose not in fact it is fun try it.
about your diet u should have eggs without egg yolk and 2 slices of bresd + milk have a proper b-Fast which is very imp. then sandwich is fine & every thing else. Try drinking alot of water at least 10 glasses a day the see the diff in a weeks time, have your dinner early before 7 pm. helps a lot try this.
