Title: DaBuff

Ok... I'm going to raise the Calories by 200 a week until I start gaining about 1 pound per week. How should I go about this, following the original Diet as closely as possible? There's complications with changing some things... like taking a Bagel away, I'd have 4 tablespoons of Cottage Cheese on one Bagel?

This'll probably be my last question... what foods should I take out to bring it down to 2000, and then what foods should I add for the extra 200, and in what order until I'm gaining 1 pound per week? Could you try to be specific... this is probably the last and most important question. Thanks

    I'll put * beside things you can adjust. One problem is at school you will have limited sources of food you can choose from. Try and work with what you like to eat.

    Here's an example for 2:
    1 whole wheat Bagels (300)
    2 tablespoons Cottage Cheese (80)
    1 apple (60-80)
    1 serving cheese (dunno)
    15 peanuts (75)
    Just add/subtract things until you get where you want. I subtracted some peanuts, added some cheese, so fat keeps the same. I subtracted some cottage cheese, and added some cheese, so protein stays around the same. Lowered carbs by 300 and added a fruit, 60-80.

    8:10 AM

    1 scoop Whey'n Egg Protein Powder (110)
    1 cup Skim Milk (100)
    2 boiled Eggs (160)
    * 1 Apple (80)
    * 1 bowl Oatmeal (125)

    11:35 AM/12:25 PM (Depending At School)

    * 2 whole wheat Bagels (610)
    4 tablespoons Cottage Cheese (80)
    20 peanuts (100)

    3:50 PM (PRE)

    * 2 Sub Buns (540)
    2 Chicken Breasts (200)
    * 2 cups Lettuce (10)

    5:00 PM

    To The Gym

    6:00 PM

    1 scoop Whey'n Egg Protein Powder (110)
    * 1 cup Skim Milk (100)
    * 1 Banana (110)
    2 slices white Bread (140)
    1 can Fish (180)

    8:30 PM

    1 can Fish (180)
    1 slice whole wheat Bread (110)
    40 Peanuts (200)
