0 Change In 10 YearsIm 5'5, 173lbs. I am moderately athletic, and fit, yet in the past 10 years I havent lost any weight.
I watch what I eat, and exercise 3-5 days a week.
I need some advice on diet and exercise. I don't have access to a gym, so I need to be creative.

It's better to be slightly overweight than to yo-yo diet. If you are eating healthy and exercising regularly, be happy with yourself! You're doing better than most people.

welll have u ever tried suppmlements to get u over your peak....they will help kick stat your metabolism....
