Title: 0 Change In 10 Years Im 5'5, 173lbs. I am moderately athletic, and fit, yet in the past 10 years I havent lost any weight. I watch what I eat, and exercise 3-5 days a week. I need some advice on diet and exercise. I don't have access to a gym, so I need to be creative.
